Platinum Service Promise to My Buyers

I am a full time, full service real estate agent, licensed broker in the state of Oregon, member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), with a strong support system which includes a Transaction Coordinator, Inspectors, Escrow Agents and Lenders as well as numerous service providers from my Trusted Referral Network. My team concept assures you of accessibility and response. I promise a rapid response to your queries as I am available via cell or text between the hours of 7 am through 7 pm each day. My Platinum Service provides the following.

My goal is to assist you, the buyer, find a home you consider perfect for your needs at the least cost.  I utilize the latest technology and offer full support to make your home buying experience as stress free as possible. Whether you are a first time buyer or making a move-up purchase, relocating, resizing, or searching for a second home in our area – I am committed to full service and representation. My objective is to earn your trust and respect and to receive your repeat business and referrals in the future.

Non-Binding Pre-Showing Appointment:
I schedule an initial appointment to answer your questions, review your needs and learn what you, the home buyer, want and desire.  I also review the home buying process and our services and methodologies to ensure I am the best agent for your needs.

Buyers’ Book and Paperwork:
Once we have agreed to work together we sign the Buyers’ Service Agreement and present you with your personal Buyers’ Book, which contains copies of forms, a process outline, and home buying resources, information and articles. This step may occur at the first meeting.

Home Search and Selection:
The search for your new home is a joint endeavor.  I search our extensive data base and on-line sources, I pre-screen based on the criteria you have established.  You too will be on-line and looking for homes that appeal to you.  I will ask you to review the homes I send you via e-mail and to verify that they satisfy the criteria you have established.  I will check out any home you send us that you may have discovered by driving through neighborhoods – some unrepresented sellers do not advertise on line. At the time we have narrowed your search to the ones that are most likely to suit your needs I’ll schedule viewings.

Decision and Offer:
Once you have decided on a house for which you wish to make an offer, I’ll check the sales history, if any, check recent sales in the neighborhood and review the sales forms with you. You will be making decision about price, possession, financing, personal property, how long to allow the seller to think about the offer and more. I will ensure you understand the forms you are signing. I strive to help you write the best offer possible.

Offer Presentation and Negotiation:
I endeavor to present your offer to the sellers’ in person whenever possible.  It is my experience that a face-to-face offer allows the opportunity to get beyond just the facts, and to offer the seller glimpses of the people we are representing. I can answer questions directly and see when adding additional details may benefit you. I am working on your behalf throughout the negotiating time and bring all counteroffers to you for your decision.

Ongoing Representation and Detail Management:
I handle all details and communications, assist you in the scheduling of inspections, repairs and closing activities.  I’ll keep you informed throughout the process and ensure timelines are met.

Celebrate:
Once closing and recordation has occurred, stay in touch and celebrate the successful conclusion of your purchase.
