I am a full time, full service real estate agent, licensed broker in the state of Oregon, with a strong support system which includes a Transaction Coordinator, Inspectors, Escrow Agents and Lenders as well as numerous service providers from my Trusted Referral Network. My goal is to attract as many agents and potential buyers to your property as possible and to continue high level marketing until it is sold.  I communicate with you, in writing or by phone, the activities and numbers of viewings each week. I seek to sell your home for its best price in the shortest time and with as little inconvenience to you as possible. Non Binding Pre-Listing Appointment

I schedule an appointment to answer your questions, review services, pricing and marketing strategies and to ensure that I am the best agent for your needs.

Signing Appointment and Walk Through

Once we have agreed to work together we schedule an appointment to sign the papers allowing me to market your home and to do our walk through which creates a Preparation for Sale work sheet and schedule. This step may occur at the first appointment.

Photo Session and Graphics Development

At the agreed upon date I take high quality photos for use in flyers, cards and web sites. Photos and home information are sent to our graphic artist to ensure timely development for the marketing rollout date.

Free Listing in the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS)

The professional realtors’ data base for listings.  I ensure your property is listed in the right area and neighborhood in order to attract the maximum attention.

Free Full Color Flyers

Color attracts attention.  Full color flyers are placed inside your home for viewers to take with them after touring your home.

Free Postcard Mailings

A ‘just listed’ postcard featuring your home and emphasizing the best features of your home is sent to the 100 neighbors closest to your property. Additional postcards are sent to my targeted investor list and ‘sphere of influence’ (former/current clients, friends, strategic partners).

My personal web site in the Portland area is prominently displayed on all marketing and advertising.

Free Web Site with Your Home’s Address

Your home has its own website with the address featured on all marketing materials.

Free Visual Tour With 360 Views

Photos of your home are used to create a unique tour with panoramic views of main rooms and is featured on all web sites which allow this format.

Free Compact Discs

Photos of your home are used to create a CD which is a commercial for your home, and is available at open houses for prospective buyers to take away.

Free and Widespread Internet Exposure

Your home will be featured on a variety of internet sites including Realtor.com, RE/MAX.com, Equitygroup.com, GoogleBase.com, Trulia.com, CraigsList.com, realtorpdx.com, Active Rain.com, Facebook.com and more.

Free Exterior Signage

The classic and highly recognizable RE/MAX equity group real estate sign will be placed in a visible location on your property along with a flyer box for flyers with detailed information about your home.  Directional signs are placed in key locations. Website information is also included so prospective buyers can go online for additional information and images.

Free Broker’s Tour

I will host an open house for brokers from RE/MAX equity group and other Portland Real Estate offices.

Free Neighbors Open House

Prior to any scheduled public open house, I will host a private Neighbors’ Open, serving coffee and pastries and invite nearby neighbors to attend.

Free Public Open House

A public open house is advertised on all web sites that permit and on postcards sent to your neighborhood.

Feedback Commitment

I follow-up and solicit feedback from all agents who have viewed or shown the property.

Provide Resources

As necessary and requested I provide resources for you re interim financing, repairs and home purchase.

Represent you during the presentation of all offers and assist you to negotiate the best price and terms.

Handle details and communications, follow-up and keep you informed regarding all closing procedures.
